Section 7 - Suggested Procedures

Livestock Pesticides (insecticides, herbicides, etc.)

All insecticides and herbicides utilized should be used in accordance with label directions and the regulations of any governmental agency having jurisdiction over such use.

A monthly inventory of all insecticides used should be kept.  The inventory records should include date received, amount, lot number, date used or applied, and remaining balance. (Example BQA Form 710 - Pesticide Inventory Record)
