Insecticides have proven to be very effective when utilized
at label directed dosages and rates of administration.
Improper dosage level or rate of administration is
potentially toxic to cattle and increases withdrawal
periods. This creates an economic loss as well as a
potential for residue contamination at slaughter time.
These chemicals can be persistent and remain in the systems
of treated cattle for extended periods of time making
correct withdrawal unpredictable.
