Quality Assurance/Critical Management Plan Program
participants will move and handle cattle in a non-abusive
manner. Pens, handling facilities and load-out facilities
will be inspected regularly for obstructions and hazards.
BQA/CMP program participants will implement handling
procedures that reduce the incidence of bruises and dark
cutting carcasses.
