The
South Dakota Beef Quality Assurance/Critical Management Plan
Program is not complicated. It is designed to better
determine what can go wrong and develop a plan to keep the
problem from occurring. The program is designed for South
Dakota beef producers and will be implemented by them. The
SD BQA/CMP Program is a documented program designed to
ensure the quality of beef made available to consumers.
